HOW SHOULD I GET TO YOUR PROPERTY?

Terrace Point is located on the lake side of Hwy 61, at mile marker 104. Terrace Point is 5 miles south of Grand Marais 1/4 mile south of the Cut Face Creek rest area.

DIRECTIONS: Terrace Point is located between Lutsen and Grand Marais at Terrace Point Road, Grand Marais, MN 55604 near mile marker 104. There is no fire number for this unit, they are numbered based on unit numbers. Please note that if you use a navigator and search "Terrace Point, Grand Marais" you will likely be brought to the wrong location. Please use our directions or search "Terrace Point ROAD, Grand Marais". Directions From DuluthThere is approximately 2 hours of drive time from Duluth. Roughly 3 miles northeast of Cascade State Park you will come to a curve protected by a guardrail. The turning lane for Terrace Point will be immediately after the guardrail ends (you will see a sign for Terrace Point). Turn right onto Terrace Point Road. The road curves left, following the signs for units 10A-15B. The building will be visible on your right. Park in front of the door of unit 11A. There is room here for one vehicle. Additional parking is available at the end of Terrace Point Road.

FROM GRAND MARAIS: If you are coming from Grand Marais/Canada the turn for Terrace Point is shortly after the Cutface Creek Wayside Rest and Good Harbor Bay Overlook near mile marker 104. Turn left onto Terrace Point Road (you will see a sign for Terrace Point). The road curves left following the sign for 10A-15B. The building will be visible on your right. Park in front of the door with your unit number. There is room here for one vehicle. Additional parking is available at the end of Terrace Point Road.
